EU – Standards for accessing vehicle on-board, repair and maintenance information. 

Amending Annex X to R(EU) 2018/858 

 

The European Commission has adopted a new draft for a Commission Delegated EU Regulation amending Annex X to R(EU) 2018/858 regarding the standardised access to vehicle on-board diagnostics information and repair and maintenance information, and the requirements and procedures for access to vehicle security information.

The document was adopted on 20 May 2021 and will have a scrutiny period of two months. This EU Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
