EU – New Amendment to the General Safety Regulation – (GSR)

 

Has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union the new Commission Delegated R(EU) 2022/1398 amending R(EU) 2019/2144  to take into account technical progress and regulatory developments concerning amendments to Vehicle Regulations adopted in the context of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.

This Regulation aims to take into account the latest technical and regulatory developments at the World Forum for the Harmonisation of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29) of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 September 2022.
