EU – Commission Implementing Regulation (EU).../... of XXX on type approval of motor vehicles with regard their Emergency Lane-Keeping System (ELKS) - Draft in Feedback Period

 

It has been published a new version of the Draft Commission Implementing Regulation on type-approval of motor vehicles with regard their Emergency Lane-Keeping Systems (ELKS).

EU –  R(EU) 2021/133  Implementing R(EU) 2018/858 as regards the basic format, structure and the means of exchange of the data of the certificate of conformity in electronic format (eCoC)

 

It has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union the Commission Implementing R(EU) 2021/133 of 4 February 2021 implementing R(EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

It will enter into force on January 25th, 2021

And it shall apply from 1 January 2023
