Has been published a new version of the draft of the proposal (Annexes Proposal) for new Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) .../... llaying down rules for the application of R(EU) 2019/2144 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards uniform procedures and technical specifications for the type-approval of motor vehicles with regard to their automated driving system (ADS).
This Regulation applies to the approval of the automated driving system of fully automated vehicles, as defined in Article 3(22) of R(EU) 2019/2144, for the use cases listed in Annex II to this regulation.
This revision of the draft introduces changes in the Annexes proposal of the future Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and will apply from 6 July 2022.
